We asked David to join us in Cork, Ireland for the inaugural main event of a network and career development community that we have set up in Johnson & Johnson Ireland.
We were trying to understand what barriers existed in Knowledge Sharing within our organisation.

I have known and worked with David for many years on and off so I totally trusted him to deliver the recent Knowledge Café held at Regent’s University London.
There were over 80 participants from inside and outside the University so it was a larger than normal K cafe event but the design was such that everyone was able to contribute and gain from it.

After having attended David’s Knowledge Café masterclass in June 2015 in Bern I ran a Knowledge Café at work with the goal to replace our the “standard” brainstorming session on what to do and achieve in the new year in which setting typically only our leaders i.e. senior executives expressed their ideas and everyone else tended to not speak up.
It was a great success: we received much more ideas and input than usual from many more people, and the feedback I received from everyone afterwards was great, too.
